Abstract Self-Portrait: Inside and Out

Join us for July's Art Therapy Workshop as we explore the theme "Abstract Self-Portrait: Inside and Out."

Through abstract colors, shapes, drawing, and writing, participants will reflect on both their inner selves ("inside") and how they believe others perceive them ("outside"). This guided workshop offers a creative, supportive space for self-expression, self-discovery, and connection.

No artistic experience is needed — just bring your feelings, and we’ll provide the rest.
