This three-part workshop series invites participants to explore how identity, values, communication, and emotional experiences shape the ways we connect in relationships. Each 90-minute session includes psychoeducation, guided reflection, and experiential exercises to help you move from confusion and self-doubt to confidence and clarity in love.
Session Topics
Workshop 1 (2/12): “Who Am I in Love?” — Identity & Relationship Patterns
Explore how orientation, gender identity, culture, and past experiences influence relationships, including attachment styles, emotional needs, and boundaries.
Workshop 2 (2/19): “Defining Love and Values” — What Matters Most in a Partner
Clarify personal values and what healthy love looks like, focusing on compatibility, emotional safety, authenticity, and red/green flags.
Workshop 3 (2/26): “Dating with Intention” — Communication, Boundaries & Self-Respect
Practice real-world skills for healthy relationships: communication, boundary-setting, and self-trust.
