We’re excited to welcome vendors to the Hudson Valley TransForum on Friday, November 21, and Saturday, November 22, 2025! Your participation helps make this event a vibrant, resource-filled experience for our community.

Event Location

All HVTF events will be held at the Technology Building (Parking Lot 11), Westchester Community College: 75 Grasslands Road, Valhalla, NY 10595

  • Doors open at 8:00 AM on Friday and 9:00 AM on Saturday.

  • Vendors are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for setup.

  • Free parking is available in Visitor Parking Lot 11.

Vendor Fees

  • $100 total – Nonprofits not selling merchandise or services

  • $200 total – Nonprofits selling merchandise/services OR For-profit organizations

(Fees cover participation for both days of the Hudson Valley TransForum — November 21 & 22, 2025.)

Helpful Info:

Vendors operate for the full duration of the day(s): 9AM - 4:40PM on November 21, 2025 and 10AM - 5PM on November 22, 2025.

Parking/Unloading: If vendors require unloading, you can temporarily pull into Parking Lot B and take the elevator to the second floor, which opens up right outside the Technology Building Lounge. After unloading, vendors are responsible for moving vehicles to Parking Lot 11.
