We’re excited to welcome vendors to the Hudson Valley TransForum on Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22, 2026! Your participation helps make this event a vibrant, resource-filled experience for our community.

Event Location

Both days will take place on the WCC Valhalla campus: 75 Grasslands Road, Valhalla, NY 10595.

• Saturday will be at the Hankin Academic Arts Building (free Parking Lot 4; set-up 1-1:30pm & takedown 5:00-5:30pm)

• Sunday will be at the Gateway Center (free Parking Lot 1; setup 9:00-9:30am & takedown 4:00-4:30pm)

Vendor Fees

• Non-profits not selling merchandise or services: $40 per day

• Non-profits & for-profit business selling merchandise or services: $60 per day

(Fees cover participation for both days of the Hudson Valley TransForum — November 21 & 22, 2025.)

Helpful Info:

Parking/Unloading: For Saturday, park in Lot 4 and take the elevator to the main lobby of the auditorium atrium. For Sunday, park in Lot 1 and go to the Gateway Center entryway atrium, where vendors will be set up.
