Join us for a year-long journey of self-reflection, writing, and community connection. Each 90-minute monthly workshop offers a supportive space to ground, write, and share as we explore powerful themes through journaling.

Monthly Themes & Prompts
August – Letter to My Body
Theme: Body Sovereignty + Gender Affirmation
Connect with your body through a compassionate lens. Explore gender, dysphoria, euphoria, and reclamation.
September – Letter to My Boundaries
Theme: Emotional Safety + Queer Survival
Examine emotional labor, saying no, and setting boundaries with family, partners, or institutions.
October – Letter to My Truth
Theme: Coming Out + Staying In (National Coming Out Day – Oct 11)
Reflect on the spectrum of “coming out”—when it’s safe, when it’s not, and what truth means to you.
November – Letter to My Gratitude
Theme: Giving Thanks for Self + Community
Celebrate your identity and the community that holds you.
December – Letter to My Peace (She Breathes Life™)
Theme: Rest, Reflection, and Reclamation
Explore what peace looks like amidst family dynamics, societal stress, and queer end-of-year reflections.

Theme: Starting Fresh After Struggle
Explore resilience, new beginnings, and rewriting your narrative after hardship.

Theme: Being Seen in a Cis-Het World (Trans Day of Visibility – Mar 31)

What to Expect in Each Session
Grounding: Guided exercise or meditation (10 min)
Community Check-In: Group connection + theme discussion (15 min)
