lgbtq+ mental health peer support group
The LGBTQ+ Mental Health Peer Support Group is a virtual space for LGBTQ+ adults, ages 18 and older, who are living with a mental health condition—whether diagnosed or undiagnosed. This group is dedicated to peer support, offering a safe and affirming environment to share lived experiences and foster connection. It is not a form of therapy and is not intended for crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact 911, 988, or one of the crisis services listed below. The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
