SUZANNE TILLMAN

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Suzanne Tillman (she/her) leads with both head and heart. With more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience — following an earlier career in corporate human resources — Suzanne brings a thoughtful blend of organizational expertise, emotional intelligence, and people-centered leadership to her work.

Suzanne currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of The LOFT, bringing with her extensive experience supporting social justice and social service-focused organizations through periods of growth and transition. In recent years, she has served as Interim Executive Director for organizations including Volunteer New York!, Capital 4 Change, Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls, and Girls Inc. of Westchester County.

She is a graduate of Third Sector Company’s Interim Executives Academy and Support Center’s Interim Executive Institute.

A longtime Mamaroneck resident, Suzanne graduated from Cornell University and earned her master’s degree in educational leadership from Bank Street College.
